1. Company and contact

Internet & Computing Solutions, S.L.
VAT: B66016148
Information: hello@remoteworking.tech
Support: support@remoteworking.tech

2. The product

RemoteWorking is a remote-work solution for businesses that lets employees remotely access the desktop of their work computer (Windows RDP protocol) through an intermediary server (the "relay"), with no VPN or open ports. It consists of the Agent (on the computer to be controlled), the Controller (from which the user connects) and a web administration panel for each company.

The software can be downloaded free of charge and evaluated during a trial period with active features. After that period, a paid subscription is required to keep using the service.

3. Licence of use

3.1 Licence type

The purchase grants the client company a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the service with the number of users/licences purchased.

3.2 Duration

The subscription is annual (12 months). During that period the company is entitled to use the service with active features and to receive application updates.

3.3 After expiry

When the subscription expires, and once the grace period has elapsed, the service stops allowing new remote connections until it is renewed. The applications are not uninstalled automatically.

3.4 Users and additional licences

Each user of the service consumes one licence. The company can add licences at any time from the client area. The account administrator managing the company does not consume a licence for that administration role.

3.5 Activation

Users access the applications by entering their credentials, which the company manages from the client area. The connection requires internet access.

4. Purchase process

  1. The administrator selects the number of licences on the purchase page.
  2. Completes payment securely through Stripe.
  3. After payment, the subscription is activated and available in the client area.
  4. The administrator adds their users, who then sign in with their credentials.

The contract is formed once payment is completed and activation is confirmed.

5. Payments and prices

The prices shown include the applicable VAT (currently 21% in Spain); the final amount is shown before confirming payment. Payments are processed securely through Stripe over an encrypted connection; we do not store card data. The price in force at the time of purchase applies; later changes do not affect subscriptions already purchased during their period.

Renewal is not automatic: no charge is made without the client's express consent.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

In accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU) and Directive 2011/83/EU, the client has 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract, unless performance of the digital service has begun with their consent and their acknowledgement that, in that case, they lose the right of withdrawal.

For any matter related to your purchase, contact support@remoteworking.tech, stating the purchase email.

7. Usage restrictions

The following are expressly prohibited:

  • Reselling, distributing or sublicensing the service or credentials to unauthorised third parties.
  • Decompiling, disassembling or reverse-engineering the applications.
  • Using the service with more users than licensed, or circumventing the licensing system.
  • Sharing access credentials with unauthorised persons.
  • Using the service for unlawful activities or in breach of third-party rights.

Breach may result in immediate revocation of the licence with no right to a refund.

8. Updates

During the subscription, the client is entitled to application updates (fixes, improvements and new features). We reserve the right to discontinue support for old versions, with reasonable prior notice.

9. Technical support

Support is provided by email (support@remoteworking.tech) during business hours. It covers issues related to the operation of the service; it does not cover compatibility problems with third-party software or client-specific environment configurations.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • We are not liable for data loss arising from use of the service; keeping backups is recommended.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the subscription in the last 12 months.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under the law.

11. Intellectual property

RemoteWorking, its source code, design, documentation, logos and trademark are owned by Internet & Computing Solutions, S.L. or its licensors, and are protected by intellectual property law. Purchasing a licence of use does not entail the transfer of any intellectual property right over the software.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit to the Courts of the user's domicile where the user is a consumer, or to those of the domicile of Internet & Computing Solutions, S.L. in business-to-business relations.

Consumers may use the EU's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
