RemoteWorking is a remote-work solution for businesses that lets employees remotely access the desktop of their work computer (Windows RDP protocol) through an intermediary server (the "relay"), with no VPN or open ports. It consists of the Agent (on the computer to be controlled), the Controller (from which the user connects) and a web administration panel for each company.
The software can be downloaded free of charge and evaluated during a trial period with active features. After that period, a paid subscription is required to keep using the service.
The purchase grants the client company a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the service with the number of users/licences purchased.
The subscription is annual (12 months). During that period the company is entitled to use the service with active features and to receive application updates.
When the subscription expires, and once the grace period has elapsed, the service stops allowing new remote connections until it is renewed. The applications are not uninstalled automatically.
Each user of the service consumes one licence. The company can add licences at any time from the client area. The account administrator managing the company does not consume a licence for that administration role.
Users access the applications by entering their credentials, which the company manages from the client area. The connection requires internet access.
The contract is formed once payment is completed and activation is confirmed.
The prices shown include the applicable VAT (currently 21% in Spain); the final amount is shown before confirming payment. Payments are processed securely through Stripe over an encrypted connection; we do not store card data. The price in force at the time of purchase applies; later changes do not affect subscriptions already purchased during their period.
Renewal is not automatic: no charge is made without the client's express consent.
In accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU) and Directive 2011/83/EU, the client has 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract, unless performance of the digital service has begun with their consent and their acknowledgement that, in that case, they lose the right of withdrawal.
For any matter related to your purchase, contact support@remoteworking.tech, stating the purchase email.
The following are expressly prohibited:
Breach may result in immediate revocation of the licence with no right to a refund.
During the subscription, the client is entitled to application updates (fixes, improvements and new features). We reserve the right to discontinue support for old versions, with reasonable prior notice.
Support is provided by email (support@remoteworking.tech) during business hours. It covers issues related to the operation of the service; it does not cover compatibility problems with third-party software or client-specific environment configurations.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under the law.
RemoteWorking, its source code, design, documentation, logos and trademark are owned by Internet & Computing Solutions, S.L. or its licensors, and are protected by intellectual property law. Purchasing a licence of use does not entail the transfer of any intellectual property right over the software.
